#lemon8diarychallenge hands down one of my new fall favorite crock pot meals. I was sneaking bites all night as it finished thickening. I did end up adding some pasta water to it to thin down the sauce. I also didn't have Velveeta as I dint really like Velveeta so I used block cheese cut up.
