Best granola EVER!!

🍪🍫

3c rolled oats

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1/3c oat flour

3 tbsp coconut flour

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2c almond butter

1/4c coconut oil

1/2c maple syrup

1/4c cocoa powder

chocolate chips

preheat oven to 325°f.

mix all dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in one bowl.

mix wet ingredients in another bowl.

combine both mixtures until well combined.

press into a parchment-lined pan in a thick, even layer and press down with the bottom of a glass.

bake for 15 minutes.

rotate the pan, then bake for another 5–7 minutes (keep an eye so it doesn’t burn).

let cool completely.

break into clusters.

optional: for extra crunch, pop them back in the oven at 300°f for 5–10 minutes (watch closely).

let cool again, then add chocolate chips.
