🍋 mini batch de biscuits citron (pour 2 biscuits) 1/4 tasse de farine d’amande 1 c. à soupe + 1 c. à thé d’huile d’olive 2 1/2 c. à soupe de sucre de coco 2 1/2 c. à soupe de protéine vanille 1/2 c. à thé de zeste de citron jus d’un demi citron vanille

optionnel : garnir avec du yogourt mélangé à du sirop d’érable et un peu plus de zeste 

mélanger les ingrédients humides ajouter les ingrédients secs si possible, réfrigérer la pâte pendant 45min former deux biscuits cuire à 350°f pendant 9 minutes
