I find that prepping meals ahead of time, like the overnight oats with chia seeds, saves a lot of time and reduces the temptation to reach for unhealthy snacks. The oats offer complex carbohydrates along with 25 grams of protein, which keeps me feeling full well into the morning. Dinner with protein tuna salad and grapes is a refreshing way to end the day with a lighter meal that still delivers sufficient protein and carbs to recover from workouts or daily activities. Including a variety of foods ensures you get a wide range of nutrients important for overall health. While I’m not a professional nutritionist, these meal ideas have helped me stay consistent on my journey, especially following a gastric sleeve procedure.
