The names are very similar... but really not the same. 🍎👀
Many people buy ACV to eat because it is thought to be "health apple juice."
But in fact, Apple Cider and Apple Cider Vinegar vary from manufacturing process, taste, acid content to body effect.
🍏 Apple Cider?
Is "fresh apple juice" that has been squeezed and filtered.
Some may pasteurize, others may have a little apple meat left.
