Glute growth starts with the glute extension 🍑

Hey everyone! 💛

First, I just want to say thank you so much for giving me the space to ease my way back into creating content on here. I needed a little break from Lemon8 because I wasn’t really aligning with their new “values” or the way they’ve been treating their creators and users. It just didn’t feel right for me. But after seeing all your kind messages and how many of you stayed with me, I knew I wanted to come back for you.

A lot of you have been asking for workout videos and more content, and I hear you! For now, most of my video workouts are going up on my new TikTok. Lemon8 reps have told us not to post videos here right now (for whatever reason), so if you want to see actual workouts, form tips, or routines, that’s where you’ll find them. I’d love if you checked it out. 💕

As I start creating again, let me know what you want to see moving forward — do you want the same style of content as before? More “day in the life,” lifestyle or health posts? Different workout styles? Food and wellness? I’m totally open and would love your input.

Thank you again for all the support. It truly means everything. 💛

Xo,

Cha

❤️

... Read moreIf you’re focusing on growing your glutes, incorporating glute extensions into your routine is a fantastic way to target those muscles effectively. This underrated exercise can really help improve muscle activation and contribute to overall glute development when done with proper form. To get the most out of glute extensions, it’s important to position yourself correctly. Start by placing your feet shoulder-width apart, with your toes pointing outward at approximately a 45-degree angle. This slight turnout helps recruit the glute muscles more effectively during the movement. Adjusting the pad to align perfectly with your pubic bone can provide support and maintain stability, while rounding your upper back slightly encourages proper posture and movement control. Remember that consistency and proper technique are key for muscle growth. Engaging your glutes throughout the entire movement ensures you are activating the right muscle fibers and minimizing the involvement of other muscles such as the lower back or hamstrings. Performing controlled repetitions with a focus on mind-muscle connection can enhance results. Moreover, glute extensions are a great addition to a broader glute routine. Combining them with exercises like squats, hip thrusts, and lunges can maximize hypertrophy and strength gains. For those looking to increase challenge, gradually increasing resistance or adding variations like single-leg extensions can intensify the workout. When planning your workout schedule, include glute extensions 2 to 3 times per week, allowing adequate recovery in between sessions. Proper nutrition and rest also play crucial roles in supporting muscle growth. If you want to deepen your understanding or see precise demonstration of glute extension workouts, checking out video tutorials on platforms like TikTok may help, especially since it seems some creators are currently sharing video content there instead of on Lemon8. Staying connected with a community of fitness enthusiasts sharing form tips and progress can provide motivation and accountability. In summary, glute extensions, when performed with attention to foot positioning, pad alignment, and posture, are powerful for enhancing glute growth. Adding them strategically to your workout routine can lead to noticeable strength and muscle improvements, paving the way to achieve your glute goals.
