うちも「ドクターイエロー弁当 作り方」で検索してたどり着いたタイプです。キャラ弁みたいに細かい作業は苦手だけど、黄色×白×黒の配色を意識するだけで“それっぽく”なるので、忙しい朝でも続きました。 ■ドクターイエロー弁当の簡単な作り方（色で寄せる） ポイントは形より配色。黄色を主役にして、白と黒を少し足すと一気にドクターイエローっぽく見えます。 ・黄色：卵焼き、コーン、かぼちゃ、チーズ（薄切り） ・白：ごはん（塩むすび）、ささみ、はんぺん、チーズ ・黒：のり、黒ごま、ひじき 私は仕切りのあるランチボックスに、①おにぎり（白）②卵焼き＆鮭（黄色＋ピンクで華やぐ）③ブロッコリーとミニトマト、みかん…みたいに入れて、最後にのりで“窓”っぽい四角をちょこんと貼るだけで満足度が上がりました。 ■「窓」と「ライン」をのり＆チーズで作る（失敗しにくい） 細かいカットが苦手な日は、のりをキッチンばさみで四角く切るだけ。貼り付け先は、 ・チーズにのりを貼ってから卵焼きに乗せる ・おにぎりに直接のりを貼る どっちでもOK。剥がれが気になるときは、のりを貼る面の水分をキッチンペーパーで軽く押さえると安定しました。 ■ポンポンポンブロッコリー：私の“手抜きだけど映える”やり方 ブロッコリーって彩り担当として最強だけど、味が単調になりがち。そこでうちは「ポンポンポン」感覚で味変します。 1）ゆで（またはレンチン）して水気を切る 2）小さめカップに入れる（ここで他のおかずと味移りしにくい） 3）下から順に“ポンポンポン” ・マヨ少し＋黒ごま ・粉チーズ ・塩昆布を1〜2つまみ この3つは混ぜなくてもそれなりにまとまって、子どもも食べやすかったです。にんにく系を避けたい園弁当でも使いやすい組み合わせ。 ■詰め方のコツ：高さのあるおかずを味方にする 深さのあるランチボックスなら、卵焼きは立てて入れる／おにぎりは小さめを2個にする、だけで“隙間埋め”がラクでした。ブロッコリー、ミニトマト、みかん（または苺）を空きスペースに入れると、考えなくても色が整います。 ■傷み対策もセットで考える 暖かい日はジェルクーラー（保冷剤）を近くに入れておくと安心。フルーツは別カップにして水分が出にくいもの（みかん、いちご）を選ぶと、全体がベチャっとしにくかったです。 “頑張って作るキャラ弁”じゃなくても、色と仕切りを味方にすればドクターイエロー弁当は意外と簡単。まずは「黄色多め＋のり四角」で、ポンポン詰めるところから始めるのがおすすめです。
