Don’t forget to listen to your body, taking proper precautions in terms of warming up and cooling down post-run. Preparation isn’t only physical; mental conditioning is equally important. Practicing mindfulness or positive affirmations can help mitigate race anxiety. Enjoy the process and remember that every runner starts somewhere! Good luck on your journey to completing a successful 10k!
