Cube steak and gravy

2 packs of cube steak (gives you 4-6)

1 can cream of celery

1 pack beefy onion soup mix

32 oz beef broth

Rice

cornstarch

seasonings of your choice

lay your meat on one on a clean surface and beat it (this tenderizes the meat).

I seasoned mine with nature seasoning, carlin, some seasonally, & pepper.

into a crockpot add your meat, can of cream of celery soup, 32 ounces of beef broth,and one packet of beef onion soup mix. and let cook on high for about 6 hours.

win the cube steak is almost finished. You will start your rice. Follow the instructions on the box for however much rice you need.

while you were waiting for your rice to get done, you pull out all of your cube steak into a separate bowl set aside, you will take some cornstarch, make a cornstarch slurry, according to the directions on the back of your can. Add the slurry to your crockpot liquid mixturestir in really well and then add your meat back while the gravy thickens up.
