Snacks aren’t the problem. Mindless eating is.

When you’re dieting the right way, it’s not a phase it’s a lifestyle. And in real life, people snack.

But the goal isn’t to label foods as “good” or “bad.”

The goal is to understand what actually fuels your body and what doesn’t.

Today I wanted something sweet and salty, so I chose plain chips and sparkling water.

Could I have made a more filling choice? Yes.

But I made a conscious choice.

That’s the difference.

It’s not about perfection.

It’s about awareness, discipline, and intention.

Choose foods that satisfy you and support you.
