Low carb chicken pizza 🍕

I’m telling you, I don’t miss pizza with heavy carbs! This recipe is easy, and for a thin crust, wet your hands and level the ground chicken. Here’s my recipe along with brands I use:

1/2 cup high-protein cheese (locatteli)

1 lb ground organic chicken (wegmans)

2 pasture-raised eggs (Pete and Gerry’s)

1/2 tsp onion powder (Simply Organic)

1/2 tsp oregano (Simply Organic)

1/2 tsp kosher salt (Diamond Crystal)

2 garlic cloves pressed and combined (organic from the farmer’s market).

Mix and spread it evenly on non- toxic ( if you care brand ) parchment paper, using a round pizza baking sheet to mold it into a circle. Transfer it to a cast-iron pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Add sauce, veggies, meats, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan. Put it back into the oven and broil until the top bubbles and darkens, watching closely to avoid burning 🔥 (6-8 minutes).
