1. Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3. Place salmon skin-side down and cook 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.

4. Flip carefully and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until cooked through.

5. Lower heat and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet.

6. Stir in red pepper flakes, honey, lemon juice, and parsley.
