🏈*SAVE*🏈 crispy wings & wedges perfect for Super Bowl 🔥steal my recipe 👇🏽

Ingredients for 2 servings 🛒

•20 chicken wings

•2 Idaho potatoes

•Olive oil

•White vinegar (for cleaning chicken)

•AP flour

•Baking powder

•Sea salt

•Ground black pepper

•Garlic powder

•Onion powder

•Cayenne pepper

•1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley (for garnish)

Step by step instructions ⬇️

💧Grab two deep bowls. In one bowl add 20 chicken wings & fill halfway w/white vinegar & ½ teaspoon sea salt to clean the meat. Use a spoon to move the wings around to ensure every piece gets saturated w/white vinegar & sea salt. Drain water out of bowl. Pat dry wings w/paper or hand towel.

🔪Grab 2 Idaho washed potatoes & cut into less than ¼ inch thick wedges.

🧂Grab another deep bowl & fill w/3 c AP flour, 1/4 c baking powder, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, 3/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 3/4 tsp sea salt & ½ tsp cayenne pepper. Mix ingredients together thoroughly w/a spoon.

🥔Begin adding your cleaned chicken wings & potato wedges to the flour mixture & make sure the flour mixture is completely covering each. Repeat until all wings & wedges are covered w/the flour mixture.

🫒Grab 2 deep frying pans, add 1 ½ inches of olive oil & turn the burner to medium high heat.**Do NOT walk away from the heated oil at any time.**

🔥Once the oil reaches 350-375*F, use tongs to lower wings carefully into the heated oil until the first pan is filled.

‼️Don’t overcrowd & try to cook them all at once. Give them space to cook & cook them in batches. **Again do NOT walk away from the heated oil at any time.**

🥔 In the second frying pan, add the potato wedges. Flip wings w/kitchen tongs at the 4 minute mark. Cook wedges for a total of 6-7 minutes. Then add wedges to a bowl lined with paper towel (to absorb excess oil). Add sea salt & fresh chopped Italian parsley to wedges immediately.

⏰ Flip wings w/kitchen tongs at the 5 minute mark. Let wings cook for a total of 10-12 minutes or until your thermometer shows an internal temperature of 165*F. Continue until all wings are cooked. The wings should be brown & crispy!

🧻 Carefully remove wings from the oil, place onto a bowl that’s covered w/paper towel.

🙌🏽 Once all wings & wedges are cooked, make sure to turn all burners OFF & remove the frying pans from the hot burners.

😋 Add your fav sauce to the wings & it’s time to eat. Enjoy the game 🏈
