CREAMY BACON SHRIMP STUFFED MUSHROOMS 🍤🥓🍄
Savory mushrooms stuffed with a rich blend of crispy bacon, juicy shrimp, and creamy cheese.
Ingredients:
- 12 large white mushrooms, stems removed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Fold in chopped shrimp and crumbled bacon.
4. Spoon the mixture into mushroom caps, pressing gently.
5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
6. Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
