Pumpkin cheesecake muffins!! 🍁🧁

I’ve been seeing these Starbucks dupe muffins all over TikTok and I just had to try making them! They turned out so so yummy! Here’s the recipe if you want to try them too 🥰🍁

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

2 tsp baking soda

30 oz pumpkin pie filling

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Filling:

2 packages or 16 oz of cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 tsp milk

2 tsp flour

1 tbsp vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 f.

Combine dry ingredients in bowl and wet ingredients in a separate bowl before folding them together. Scoop into a lined muffin pan. Set aside. Make the filling by combining the “filling” ingredients listed above. Once combined scoop into a piping bag and “fill” the muffin batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes and let cool.
