White Chocolate Chip & Walnut Cookies

Yields 16 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside
Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside
Cream together butter and both sugars
Beat in egg and vanilla
Mix in the dry ingredients
Add white chocolate chips and walnuts
Place scoops of dough (about 2 tbsp each) on prepared baking sheets
Bake 10-12 minutes, until they just start to brown
Cool on baking sheet 10 minutes then move to cooling rack
