Over-the-counter treatments, such as benzoyl peroxide, can reduce inflammation and kill acne-causing bacteria. However, it's crucial to find a balance that works for you, as everyone's skin is unique. Lastly, remember to adopt a consistent daily routine and give products time to work, usually several weeks. Combining these strategies can lead to significant improvement and restored confidence.

I’ve always loved skincare, and these are some of my favorite tips that improved my skin the most! -First, diet. I personally get cystic acne from drinking dairy milk, so I cut it out completely and my cystic acne went away. Drinking plenty of water also helps keep my face hydrated and glowing!
