⭐ Tofu stuffed with meat ⭐ (for two)
• Two pieces of koya tofu
• 40-50g minced chicken
⭐ ︎ Ginger tube 2cm
⭐ ︎ cooking liquor 1 tsp
⭐ Potato starch 1 / 2 tsp
⚫ ︎ Water 150ml
⚫ ︎ Hondashi 1 / 2 tsp
⚫ ︎ 1 teaspoon mirin
⚫ ︎ Millet sugar tablespoon 1
⚫ ︎ Soy sauce 1 tsp
⚫ a pinch of salt
① Return the koya tofu (squeeze out the water), cut it in half, cut the long side into a bag shape.
② Add ⭐ ︎ to minced chicken and knead.
Pack ② into ①.
④ Put ⚫ ︎ in a small pot, bring to a boil, then put ③ in, cover with a drop lid and simmer over low heat for 5 to 6 minutes.

Use a small deep frying pan.
