* Cheeses: (2 cups shredded cheese is 1

* 2 cups gouda, shredded fresh

* 2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded fresh

* 2 cups colby jack, shredded fresh

* Pasta: 1lb cavatappi or elbow macaroni

* Seasonings:

* 2 tsp salt

* 1 tsp black pepper

* 1 tsp garlic powder

* 1 tsp smoked paprika

* Sauces:

* 1 tsp soy sauce

* 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
