Balancing school and wellness has been a journey, so this year I’m focusing on healthy, sustainable habits. From getting back into weightlifting and morning runs to hitting 10k steps and doing fun workouts like pilates I know that keeping these small routines will help me feel stronger, energized, and grounded.
