Banana S’mores Frozen Yogurt Clusters!🍌🍫

This is your freezer dessert for the entire summer. These are creamy, chocolatey, crunchy, and honestly taste like a campfire s’more in frozen yogurt form!

Made with @Simply Organic Foods Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract, which is the secret ingredient that makes this recipe 10x better. This post is in partnership with Simply Organic🩷

Recipe Ingredients:
1/2 banana, chopped
1/4 cup mini marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped graham crackers
3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use 5%)
1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon @simplyorgfood Pure Madagascar vanilla extrac
1 tablespoon maple syrup
10 oz dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

1. Mix together the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until combined.

2. Fold in the banana, mini marshmallows, and chopped graham crackers.

3. Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until solid.

4. Melt the dark chocolate, then dip or drizzle over each frozen cluster.

5. Return to the freezer for 10–15 minutes to set. I like to let these thaw for a few minutes before eating them.

... Read moreWhenever I crave a sweet, refreshing treat during the hot summer months, these Banana S’mores Frozen Yogurt Clusters have become my go-to dessert. What I love most about this recipe is how it perfectly combines the classic campfire s’mores flavors with a healthy twist, thanks to the creamy Greek yogurt base. Adding Simply Organic Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract really elevates the flavor, making every bite taste rich and aromatic. One tip I've discovered is to freeze the spoonfuls on a parchment-lined baking sheet to easily separate the clusters once frozen. Sprinkling plenty of chopped graham crackers and mini marshmallows gives the clusters a wonderful crunch and gooey texture that mimics the original s’mores experience without the fuss of a fire. I usually let the dark chocolate coating set in the freezer for about 15 minutes before enjoying—this step helps the clusters maintain their shape while adding a decadent chocolate shell. Before eating, I let them thaw just a little to soften the yogurt and bring out the flavors. This recipe is not only incredibly tasty but also versatile. You can substitute the dark chocolate for semi-sweet or milk chocolate to suit your preference. Plus, using plain Greek yogurt makes it high in protein and a bit lighter than traditional desserts, making it easier to enjoy guilt-free. For anyone looking for healthy desserts that don’t compromise on flavor, these frozen yogurt clusters are a perfect choice. They take just a few minutes to prepare and require no baking, making them ideal for busy days or last-minute dessert plans. You can also experiment by adding other fruits or nuts to customize the clusters to your taste. The combination of banana, marshmallows, graham crackers, and vanilla extract gives an authentic s’mores taste that truly satisfies any sweet tooth.

Are hospitals forcing BSN nurses?
Last week a coworker said, “Well, you know… hospitals prefer BSNs because they provide better care.” I froze. Because that sentence? It hits differently when you’ve worked beside ADN nurses who could run circles around ANYONE on the floor. Honestly, the longer I’ve been a nurse, the more I re
