Recipe:

2 Sweet potato, diced

2-3 Celery stalks, diced

1-2 Carrots, peeled and diced

1/2 Onion, diced

1 knob Ginger, minced

4-5 Garlic cloves, minced

Veggie or chicken stock OR better with bouillon and water

1 pack cooked green lentils

1/4 cup green olives & 2 tsp olive juice (optional)

Salt to taste

Black pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp Ground cumin

Olive oil

Saute the veggies with some oil in the instant pot, then add the cooked lentils and olives, seasoning, then water. High pressure cook for 12 minutes and let the steam release naturally.
