This pancake/waffle homemade batter is A M A Z I N G!

🥞Ingredients🥞

1.5 Cups of All Purpose Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

3Tbsp Granulated Sugar

1 Tsp Salt (use less if you’re using salted butter)

1 Cup of Milk

1 Large Egg

4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter Melted

2 Tsp Vanilla (I use Mexican Vanilla, seriously THE BEST)

Directions👇🏼

1. Whisk together ALL the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2. Add in melted butter, lightly whisked egg, milk, and vanilla.

3. Mix until combined and let it sit for a few minutes (this is where I started heating the waffle maker)

4. Use medium-low heat

5. Spray with nonstick spray

6. Pour mix into waffle maker or griddle

7. Serve over butter & syrup
