No crust spinach and mushroom quiche
Spinach and mushroom quiche is an easy and delicious breakfast choice to start the day.
Ingredients
10 oz chopped spinach
1/2 cup onion
1/2 mushrooms, chopped
7 Eggs beaten
2½ cup milk
avocado oil
1 cup chedder cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Greased 9" pie plate and spread the spinach around the pan.
2. Put in onions and mushrooms
3. Beat the eggs and pour in the milk, sprinkle in the cheese into the pan
4. Pour egg mixture evenly over pan
5. Bake on 375°F for 25-35 mins. Enjoy
