How I get a flat tummy without the gym 🥰

One important strategy is to set a food cutoff time each day, which helps regulate your eating window and can improve metabolism and digestion. For example, stopping food intake a few hours before bedtime allows your body to digest food efficiently and reduces unnecessary calorie intake late in the day. Another valuable tip is planning your meals ahead of time, ideally the night before. This practice prevents impulsive eating decisions and ensures you consume balanced nutrients that support fat loss. Planning also helps maintain consistent calorie control and incorporates a variety of foods for overall health. Interestingly, including carbohydrates daily is beneficial rather than avoiding them altogether. Complex carbs such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables provide essential energy and fiber, which are important for satiety and digestive health. Avoiding extreme carb restriction helps maintain muscle mass and sustainable energy levels. Besides these nutritional strategies, increasing non-exercise physical activities, like walking or stretching, can aid in burning extra calories without the need for structured gym sessions. Mindful eating and hydration also play crucial roles in reducing stomach fat. By combining these evidence-based methods—setting a food cutoff time, meal planning, balanced carb intake, and staying active throughout the day—you can effectively work towards a flatter stomach as part of a healthy lifestyle without relying on gym workouts.

Heavy on the cut off time! I used to do so much unnecessary snacking in the evening! Now I eat by 6 and that’s it until 10am the next day!
