What is the 75 soft challenge?

The 75 soft challenge is a modified version of the 75 hard challenge. It is a 75 day challenge to help incorporate healthy habits. This is a great way to kick off your wellness or weight loss journey!

75 SOFT RULES (that I’m following for the next 75 days) ~

-consume well, balanced meals

-incorporate 2-3 colors in meals

-alcohol on special occasions only

-exercise for at least 30 minutes daily 5x a week

-read for at least 10 minutes every day

THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG HERE….I love that this challenge is so customizable! Set your rules and follow them for 75 days, that’s it!
