BUTTERFLY LEG STRETCH :
*this stretch is perfect for splits*
1. Bring out your legs in a diamond shape and reach forward! Tips: keep your back straight and shoulders down⬇️
2. Find a flat surface to rest your back and use any props (5 to 10 pounds) to push on your legs:)
3. Lay on your back and go into butterfly! Use your arms to push down your legs to feel the stretch✨
4. Go back on your elbows into butterfly and feel your legs go down.
