Makan sikit pun naik berat? 🤯 Serius… ramai wanita stuck kat sini. Bukan sebab awak makan banyak. Kadang… metabolisma dah jadi slow tanpa sedar. Lagi diet extreme → lagi slow → lagi susah turun 😮‍💨 Kalau awak nak turun berat dengan cara yang lebih mudah & sustainable, kena betulkan cara badan

Kalau rasa dah penat workout… tapi badan still sama, maybe bukan effort yang kurang 👉 tapi timing + consistency yang tak kena 1️⃣ Pagi (fasted) → badan lebih mudah guna lemak Tapi sesuai untuk light workout je. Kalau terlalu intense, cepat penat & tak sustainable 2️⃣ Petang → performance pali

Setiap orang ada cara diet masing2. Saya tak pandai diet cara lain. Yang saya tahu, kita kena makan cukup, tak boleh crash diet, makan cukup protin. Air masak kena minum cukup, boleh makan nasi hari2 asalkan tahu portion. Nak follow cara saya? Link kat bio.
