He used to combine parts from many sources by himself, starting with an order for an empty PCB circuit board from the Chinese market for about 200 baht, then a SO-DIMM ramnotebook to remove the ram pellets. He used two 16GB models, each for about 3,000 baht, before soldering them on a new PCB with a basic heat sink from AliExpress for 160 baht.

Combining the total cost, two 16 GB rams + PCB + Heatsink will only cost about 6,700 baht, while the 32GB DDR5 rams released in the Russian market cost from about 13,000 to 18,000 baht, saving half (or more).

Another important point is that the VIK-on firmware indicates that he has flashed the ADATA firmware into a self-assembled ram module, allowing the motherboard to detect and use the ram normally and insert the XMP profile at DDR5-6400 CL32 speeds.

However, self-assembly requires the skills of a circuit board repairman, the tools to be ready, and greater stability risks, including insurance exhaustion.
