September reading recap 📚🥀

I don’t have much to say about this month. I’m really going to make an effort to read more in October. I read everyday, but sometimes only one chapter at a time. I’m so much happier when I read more, so here’s to an October full of good books and lots of reading 🧡

September superlatives:

Best book of the month: Don’t Let the Forest In !!!! By farrrrr !!!! 🥀🪾❤️‍🩹

Most surprising book of the month: In the Tall Grass… I watched the movie first and the book was wayyyy better. Much more intense and disturbing imo!

Book(s) I’d recommend: Don’t Let the Forest In and You’ve Lost a Lot of Blood… but only if you like ambiguous endings and stories that are very up for interpretation 😶‍🌫️

• You Can Tell Me by Melinda Leigh — 10/10 This book had me locked IN from the first page. The suspense?? Insane. Every chapter made me need “just one more” until suddenly I was done. I think this might be the fastest I’ve ever finished a book. If you love thrillers that actually keep you guessing
