Easy chocolate covered raspberry cups

Chocolate Raspberry Cups

1 pound of quality chocolate

8 ounce package fresh raspberry

Cupcake liners

Put the chocolate in a glass bowl and placed it in microwave for 30 second increments at 50% power every time your microwave goes off mix your chocolate if you know how to temper your chocolate that is the best way to do this. Keep the mixing the chocolate until it’s completely melted. Depending on what kind of chocolate you use this could take up to 6 or 7 times to be completely melted. Place your liners in a cupcake pan you should be able to use 8 liners total once your chocolate is melted put the chocolate in a Ziploc bag using a scissors to cut up one of the ends and pour in about a tablespoon into each one of the liners just covering the bottom of the liners. Put in 2 to 3 raspberries depending on how big they are into the cupcake liner. Once the raspberries are all done go ahead and pour the rest of the chocolate on top that’s when you’re all done with the rest of them place it in the fridge for at least two until the chocolate is hardened and enjoy. #chocolate #fyp #fypシ #recipe #chocolatecoveredstrawberries
