CHARCUTERIE CROISSANT BAKE 🧀🥓🥐

Everyone will fall in love with this charcuterie croissant bake and be asking you for the recipe 😍 it’s an easy cheesy & savory brunch recipe to prep entirely the day before!

What you’ll need:

🥐 6-8 croissants (1-2 day old are best but fresh work too)

🥐 1 cup cubed brie cheese

🥐 4oz torn salami

🥐 3oz prosciutto

🥐 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese or mozzarella

🥐 1/2 cup olives

🥐 4 eggs

🥐 2 cups milk

🥐 2 tsp Dijon mustard

🥐 1 tsp garlic powder

🥐 1 tsp each of salt and pepper

TIP: cook this uncovered for a crispy golden brown top

This is an easy prep ahead brunch recipe!! You can also make it the day of- either way it only requires a few ingredients and when baked comes out crispy on top but with a cheesy custard in the middle. It’s delicious!!! I use honey or ketchup to dip with mine- up to you if you want to eat this sweet or savory!😍
