Nagaimo: 400g (thick is recommended)
Potato starch: 2 ~ 3 spoon ~ 3 spoon
Salt: 1 / 3 to 1 / 2 tsp
Pepper: Appropriate amount
Dried sea lettuce (green laver): 1-2 tsp
Sesame oil (or salad oil): tablespoon 1 ~ 1.5
Soy sauce: 1 spoon spoon

Wash the yam well and wipe off the water.
Prick it with a fork and fix it,
