(How to make)
① Blanch the pasta for a specified time, put it in a colander, drain it well, and entangle the pasta seasoning (after boiling the pasta, preheat it with water to prevent it from entering the fire, and it will not be dry after thawing. Starch comes out on the surface of the pasta immediately after boiling and it is in a sticky state, so if you wash the pasta with cold water, you can wash away excess starch, and you can prevent it from being dry after thawing after freezing)
② Put pork in a frying pan, add cooking liquor and potato starch and mix lightly (adding cooking liquor removes the smell of meat and adding potato starch makes seasoning easier to entangle)
③ Fry over medium heat, and when the meat is cooked, add seasoning and white onion and fry for about 2 minutes! (Since potato starch is mixed with seasoning, the seasoning is firmly attached to the meat and it is delicious to trap the taste)
