Making the TikTok Viral Cloud Bread

Cloud bread is so light and airy. It is a great bread substitute for anyone looking for low carb options. It’s is low calorie and high protein! You can use it in place of bun for a sandwich or eat it as is. You can mix-in different seasonings if you’d like!

Ingredients:

3 Eggs, yolks and whites separated

½ tsp cream of tartar

2 ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add egg whites and cream of tartar to the bowl of a stand mixer.

With the whisk attachment, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, egg yolks, and mix until smooth.

Gently fold egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.

Carefully scoop portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to make “buns”.

Bake until the tops are a light golden brown, about 30 minutes.
