Salade de pâtes, sauce cesar protéinée

- Pâtes cuites (environ 400g)

- Un petit poulet de rôtisserie désossé

- Concombre

- Laitue (ajouter à la dernière minute)

Sauce César

- 1 pot de fromage cottage

- 2 grosse cuillère à soupe de Moutarde de Dijon

- 3 cuillères à soupe d’Huile d’olive

- 3 cuillères à soupe de Jus de citron

- Le zeste d’un demi citron

- 2-3 Anchois

- 1 cuillère à thé de Sauce worchestire

- 2 gousse d’Ail

- Sel et poivre au goût

- 1 1/2 tasse de Parmesan fraîchement râpé

- un peu d’eau froide (si la texture est trop épaisse)

1. Mélanger tous les ingrédients au mélangeur sauf le parmesan jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse et crémeuse

2. Ajouter ensuite le parmesan frais rapé

Crumble de pain à l’ail et au parmesan

- 2 tranche de pain au levain

- 1 gousse d’ail

- 3 cuillères à soupe d’huile d’olive

- 2-3 cuillères à soupe de parmesan frais rapt

- Sel et poivre

1. Au robot culinaire, broyer les tranches de pain avec la gousse d’ail pendant 1 minute ou jusqu’à ce que vous obteniez des petits morceaux

2. Dans une poêle à feu moyen, faire chauffer l’huile d’olive et ajouter le mélange

3. Ajouter ensuite le parmesan et cuire jusqu’à ce que les morceaux soit croustillants (environ 5 minutes)

4. Assaisonner de sel et poivre au goût et reserver
