- Environ 300g de halloumi coupé en cubes

- 1/2 melon d’eau coupé en cubes

- 3-4 concombres libanais Concombre en lamelles

- Oignons marinés (facultatif)

- Menthe fraîche ciselée

- Pistache hachées

Vinaigrette

- 1/4 de tasse d’Huile d’olive
