Final Fat loss Journey update

My final results on my fat loss journey! What a journey this has been. Overall I did not have a physique goal, my only goal was to see if I had the discipline to do it and I can say that I did. All I wanted during this journey was to build habits, routine, consistency, and discipline because those things are the real reward, now I can carry all those things I’ve build daily to my new goals and overall fitness journey.

Below I will provide my body composition for reference:

Body fat percentage I started at 29% current is 22%

Weight I started at 191 pounds current at 146 pounds

Measurements for reference:

Hips started at 48in current is 43in

Waist started at 34in current is 26in

Arms started at 17in current is 10in

Bust started at 38in current is 34in

Overall I’m so proud of myself for what I was able to accomplish. Now I’m excited for my next journey which is continue to build more muscle and eat at maintenance.
