- do your makeup

- book a hair appt

- journal what’s really dope about you

- listen to your favorite songs/playlist

- do something creative like paint, draw, doodle, make a YouTube video, dance, etc. (seeing your unique creativity reminds you of your unique footprint on Earth)

- spend time with loved ones who love you for the REAL you ✨

- list your accomplishments bc there are always more than you think 😉

- write yourself a love letter

- clean up and/or redecorate your space

- watch a movie or show you LOVED as a child
