I’m using a couple slices from this week’s loaf and turning them into fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil toast for two! Take 2 thick slices or 4 thinner slices of toasted sourdough sandwich loaf, 3 oz fresh mozzarella sliced, 1 medium tomato sliced, 4 to 6 basil leaves, 1 tsp olive oil, salt, black pepper, optional balsamic glaze.
