1️⃣ Mix the Ricotta Spread

Combine ricotta, Parmesan, salt & pepper in a small bowl. This creates your creamy base.

2️⃣ Layer the Sandwich

Spread the ricotta mixture on 4 bread slices.

3️⃣ Butter & Grill

Top with the remaining bread slices. Spread softened butter on outer sides.
