Today I would like to introduce a fusion restaurant called fat belly & friends. This is a creative modern restaurant, but easy to eat, fresh flavors, fresh ingredients, seafood that they will take from the south, exotic fish that sometimes we have never heard of clams that we have never eaten as seasonal menus and Thai wagyu meat, rich flavors, not greasy, and craft beer and wine for socializing. - 🥩 Japanese-style Fat belly steak is a very good grill and use good Thai meat. Eat with grilled garlic and fresh wasabi is the best. I can't stop eating it.
- 🍝 Classic Cabonara is the correct cabonara, not with cream, but instead with egg yolk, and with guanciale, which is an authentic Italian bacon made from pork cheeks, fried with a salty nudge, which is the most correct.
- 🐠 grilled golden fish. His meat is similar to Tao Tao. It has a sweet taste. And he grilled it for crisp leather, but the meat is not messy. Not much cooked, which tastes fresh fish.

ร้าน Fat Belly & Friends เป็นหนึ่งในตัวเลือกที่ดีมากสำหรับคนที่ชอบอาหารฟิวชั่นสไตล์โมเดิร์นแต่ไม่ซับซ้อนเกินไป ที่นี่เน้นวัตถุดิบสดใหม่จริง ๆ โดยเฉพาะอาหารทะเลที่นำเข้าจากภาคใต้ ทำให้ได้รสชาติที่แตกต่างและพิเศษกว่าร้านอื่นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด ตัวผมเองเคยไปลองทานที่ร้านนี้แล้วประทับใจมากกับเมนูเนื้อจี่คลุกแจ่วมะนาว ซึ่งรสชาติเปรี้ยวแซ่บกำลังดีและเนื้อก็มี texture นุ่มกำลังดี แนะนำว่าอย่าลืมลองเพิ่มผงข้าวคั่วกับพริกที่โรยไว้รอบจานนะครับ จะยิ่งเพิ่มรสชาติและความเข้มข้นให้กับจานนี้อย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ส่วนสเต็ก Fat belly สไตล์ญี่ปุ่นนั้นย่างมาได้หอมกรุ่นมาก เนื้อเกรดดีสุด ๆ ทานคู่กับกระเทียมย่างและวาซาบิสดช่วยตัดเลี่ยนได้ลงตัว ทำให้ไม่อยากหยุดทานเลยจริง ๆ ใครชอบเนื้อสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นต้องลองให้ได้ครับ อีกเมนูที่ชอบมากคือ Classic Carbonara ที่ไม่ใส่ครีม ใช้ไข่แดงแทนและใส่ guanciale เบคอนอิตาเลียนแท้ ๆ ที่ทำจากแก้มหมูทอดกรอบ เสริมด้วยความเค็มนัว ๆ ที่ลงตัว หอมมันแต่ไม่เลี่ยน เป็นคาโบนาร่าที่ถูกต้องตามสูตรดั้งเดิมเลยทีเดียว นอกจากนี้ ปลาจาระเม็ดทองย่างก็เป็นอีกจานที่ไม่ควรพลาด เนื้อหวานและหนังกรอบได้ใจมาก ๆ ทำให้รู้สึกถึงความสดใหม่ของปลาได้ชัดเจน ส่วนก้อยเนื้อสูตรอีสานแท้ที่ใส่ขมและข้าวพองเพิ่ม texture กรุบ ๆ ก็เป็นเมนูที่กล้าบอกว่าควรลอง เพราะรสชาติหวานที่ผสมกับความขมของสมุนไพรอย่างลงตัว ทำให้เกิดรสชาติใหม่ ๆ ที่ไม่เคยสัมผัสที่ไหนมาก่อน ร้านเปิดตั้งแต่วันอังคารถึงวันอาทิตย์ เวลาเย็น ๆ จะเหมาะกับมื้อเย็นดินเนอร์และนั่งสังสรรค์กับครอบครัวหรือเพื่อนฝูง ที่ร้านมีคราฟต์เบียร์และไวน์คัดสรรให้เลือกดื่มด้วย ใครมาแถวห้วยขวางแนะนำว่าควรแวะชิมประสบการณ์อาหารฟิวชั่นแปลกใหม่แต่เข้าถึงง่ายที่นี่ รับรองไม่ผิดหวังครับ การจอดรถก็สะดวกริมถนนหน้าร้าน เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ขับรถมาเอง ถ้าคุณชื่นชอบอาหารฟิวชั่นที่มีความแปลกใหม่ รสชาติแซ่บไทยผสมผสานกับวัตถุดิบต่างชาติ และอยากสัมผัสอาหารที่มีความพิถีพิถันในการเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบ Fat Belly & Friends จึงเป็นตัวเลือกที่ตอบโจทย์ได้ดีทีเดียวครับ
