Made sourdough discard pancakes this morning and they came out so soft and filling 🥞

I’ve been trying not to waste my discard and this has been one of the easiest things to make for my family.

Some reasons I like using sourdough discard:

• easier on digestion

• supports gut health

• less food waste

• keeps us full longer

• simple ingredients at home

Nothing fancy. Just trying to be more intentional with what we eat over here.

Learning that even small choices in the kitchen matter.
