My first 28 days on my peptides and here are my measurements and weight update!

(Minus a few days of my hydrate)

What peptides am I using exactly? LEAN 💪🏼 & HYDRATED 💧

Starting weight : 198

Ending weight: 192

Total weight lost: 6lbs⬇️

Total inches lost: 16.27inches😱

3.25 inches off of my waist ⏳

4 inches off of my hips‼️

I really did my best to get my 10k steps in most days and stick to lifting weights AT LEAST 3 days a week!

I also did my best to stick to the 80/20 rule with my diet and count my calories to stick to a calorie deficit, however I still indulged in our pizza night that we have weekly, and ate some cake for james’s birthday! 💖

This is me being realistic with my lifestyle currently and not doing any extreme dieting that’s not sustainable in the long run. I am going to be completely transparent with you all on my journey and for all of you following along I’m soooo happy you’re here!

I’m a firm believer in BALANCE when it comes to eating and with my Lean peptide I’ve noticed it’s so much easier to enjoy my favorite foods and not over do it!🙌🏻💖
