Let's try it out with a donut from London that's been very popular lately. Really feel-based review. Let's go see it! It's caused by our friends wanting to buy donuts. As a car love, I can't help but follow it. 😂
We continued the queue behind the Swansen store. The store prepared the barricade. There were staff to distribute the menu leaves and standby staff at various points to run the queue (very good, please watch). When the queue moved closer, we could watch them make fun of donuts.
The day we went, it was considered to queue for about a long time. And then have to wait for more stuff because there are so many queues. Customers have always been

To be honest, the dough is very good, soft, bouncy, not oiled. Very delicious. Like the dough, but secretly expect the filling to be better. Like a little sweet, but the taste is not clear. Close your eyes, probably can't tell what it is. It doesn't smell pistachio at all. The salted caramel taste is salted, sweet, but it doesn't taste caramel.
Personally, for these two flavors, it's not unique. 3 / 5 points. Long queue + strong price, so expect high. But if there is no queue, I want to try other flavors. Maybe more (or not?)

เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ช “bread ahead รีวิว” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปต่อคิวดีไหม เราสรุปประสบการณ์แบบละเอียดขึ้นให้ค่ะ (เผื่อช่วยตัดสินใจได้ไวขึ้น) อย่างแรกคือเรื่องคิว: สาขาในพารากอนคนแน่นแทบตลอด โดยเฉพาะช่วงเย็นและวันหยุด แต่ข้อดีคือพนักงานจัดคิวเป็นระบบ มีที่กั้นชัดเจน และระหว่างรอก็ได้ดูขั้นตอนทำโดนัทสดๆ เพลินมาก เห็นทั้งการบีบไส้ ตกแต่งหน้าโดนัท และบางช่วงจะมีเมนูที่ทำแบบ “เผาไฟ” อย่าง Creme Brulee ที่เบิร์นน้ำตาลให้เป็นชั้นคาราเมลกรอบๆ (ใครชอบความหอมไหม้ๆ น่าลอง) เรื่องรสชาติ ถ้าให้พูดแบบตรงๆ จุดแข็งของ BREAD AHEAD คือ “แป้ง” จริง แป้งนุ่ม หนึบ เด้ง และไม่อมน้ำมัน กัดแล้วฟีลดีมาก เหมาะกับสายแป้งสุดๆ แต่สิ่งที่ควรตั้งความคาดหวังคือ “ไส้/รสชาติ” บางรสอาจไม่ได้ชัดมาก โดยเฉพาะถ้าคุณเป็นคนชอบกลิ่นชัดๆ แบบพิสตาชิโอหอมเตะจมูก หรือคาราเมลเข้มๆ อาจรู้สึกว่ามันนุ่มนวลไปหน่อย ทริคเล็กๆ ที่เราแนะนำก่อนซื้อ/ก่อนกิน 1) ถ้าไปกันหลายคน ลองซื้อคนละรสแล้วแบ่งกันชิม จะคุ้มกว่า เพราะราคาต่อชิ้นค่อนข้างแรง ถ้าเจอรสไม่ถูกปากจะเสียดาย 2) เล็งรสที่ “รสชาติเข้ม” ไว้ก่อน เช่นแนวเลมอน (อย่าง Lemon Curd) จะช่วยบาลานซ์กับแป้งโดนัทที่นุ่มๆ ได้ดี และโดยธรรมชาติรสเปรี้ยวมักชัดกว่า 3) กินให้เร็วที่สุด ร้านแนะนำภายใน 2 ชั่วโมง เราว่าจริงมาก เพราะพอทิ้งไว้นาน แป้งจะเริ่มดรอป ความฟู/หนึบจะไม่สุดเหมือนตอนเพิ่งได้มา 4) ถ้าซื้อกลับบ้านไกลๆ ลองขอคำแนะนำวิธีเก็บ/อุ่นจากพนักงาน หรืออย่างน้อยอย่าวางในที่ร้อนจัด เพราะไส้อาจเหลวและทำให้โดนัทแฉะ สรุปภาพรวม: ถ้าคุณอยากลองโดนัทกระแสลอนดอน แถมชอบดูทำสดๆ และเป็นสายแป้ง นี่คือร้านที่ “ควรลองสักครั้ง” แต่ถ้าต้องรอคิวนานมากๆ แนะนำไปช่วงคนน้อย หรือชวนเพื่อนไปช่วยหารหลายรส จะรู้สึกคุ้มและสนุกกว่าเยอะค่ะ
