Lately I have been eating 1-3 eggs depending how hungry I am. I pair those with either oat based pancakes or gluten free pancakes (pictured), or have an avocado toast with cashew yogurt and honey on the side.

Protein ranges from 25-35g depending on portions.

• LUNCH 🍤🌮

I love love having skirt steak tacos, with cilantro 🌿, onion 🧅 and limes 🍋‍🟩 SO delicious and easy to make. ALSO, pairing it with my ceviche🔥 to snack on before or after my meal.

Protein ranges from 40-60g easily.

• DINNER 🥩

Grass-fed New York Steak please 🙋🏻‍♀️ paired with asparagus, and homemade air fryed fries.

Protein ranges from 26 to 72g .

I mean look at the macros!! ➡️ one serving is 26g of protein. If you’re like me and eat the whole steak (3 servings, WHY NOT) we have a total of 72g of protein🤝
