🎃2 packs puff pastry sheets (thawed)
For the Pumpkin purée
🎃1 cup canned pumpkin
🎃1/2 cup brown sugar
🎃1 egg
🎃2 tbsp heavy cream
🎃2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
🎃1 tsp vanilla
• dip finger in water for edges
• brush with egg wash (1 egg & 1 tbsp
water) I added 1 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp nutmeg In my egg wash (optional)
• sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp sugar & 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
• bake @ 400 for 13 minutes
