More motivated to try again
I started this workout a year ago and gave up. I wasn’t really motivated.
This time around I have more motivation. Today was day one. It was hard and I took some breaks throughout out but it wasn’t unbearable. I think it will get easier with consistency and as I go through the two weeks. Hopefully I make it all the way through. I might update in a week and see how it is going.
Getting back into a workout routine can be daunting, especially after a hiatus. Many people experience a lack of motivation that can stem from various sources, such as previous failures or external pressures. However, rekindling that motivation often lies in setting realistic goals and expectations. It's vital to recognize that fitness is a journey, often filled with ups and downs. As you embark on this path, consider journaling your progress, celebrating small victories, and surrounding yourself with a supportive community that shares similar fitness goals. The #mrlondonchallenge is an excellent platform where individuals can connect, share tips, and motivate each other. Engaging with others who have faced similar challenges can significantly boost your resolve. Consistency is not just about sticking to your workouts; it's also about maintaining a positive mindset. By focusing on the incremental improvements in your strength and endurance rather than perfection, you'll find that motivation begins to flourish. Remember, every step forward, no matter how small, is a step toward achieving your fitness goals.
