What is intuitive eating? & does it work
I’ve been intuitive for the last 4 years. Minus a short 5 month period 2 years ago I LOVE intuitive eating & truly believe that it should be the end goal. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to track my macros for the rest of my life & I don’t want my clients to have to either.
