Chicken Karaage w/ Tofu Fried Rice

Chicken Karaage:

-Cut chicken breast

- Flour water paste

-2 large eggs

- Black Pepper

-Seasoned Salt

-Garlic Powder

-Onion Powder

Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees

1. Toss your chicken breast bites with black pepper, salt, Onion powder and garlic powder.

2. Beat 2 large eggs and toss your chicken breast around with it.

3. Toss your chicken breast around with your flour paste.

4. Spray your air fryer basket with cooking oil.

5. Single layer your chicken into your basket and cook for 15-18 mins. Flip halfway through

Chicken side sauce:

- 1 cup Sour Cream

- 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

- 1/2 Tbsp Lime Juice

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Combine all your ingredients into a bowl and stir.

Tofu Fried Rice:

- 2 Cups Cooked White Rice

- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tofu

- 1/3 Cup Thin Sliced Seaweed

- 1/2 Tbsp Seasame Oil

- 1 Tbsp Rice Seasoning

- 2 Tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce

- 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

- Black Pepper

- Salt

- 4 Pumps of Chili Oil

- 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Flakes

- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions

- 2 Garlic Cloves

- 1/4 Cup Edamame Peas

- 1/4 Cup Thin Sliced Carrots

1. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil into your Skillet.

2. Add your Tofu, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, and Peas to the skillet and stir. Cook until soft.

3. Add the rest of your vegetable oil. Then add your White rice and Seaweed. Stir.

4. Add your seasonings and sauces. Stir

5. Add your Chili Oil and Red Pepper Flakes and Stir.

6. Remove from heat and enjoy!
